The Lavender plant is native to northern Africa and the mountainous Mediterranean regions where it becomes its best as it basks in the sun. This oil is very useful in aromatherapy as it naturally stimulates a state of peace.

Directions

Add 5-6 drops to your diffuser and diffuse for 30 minutes.
