  3. When Taking a Shower.Let the steam in your shower immerse you in relaxation. Just add a couple of drops to your shower and plug the drain so you can reap the benefit.
  4. To get the longest lasting benefit, use a diffuser. This is the best option, especially if you are at home.

  • 6 teaspoons of your choice of carrier oil

Stress Busting EO Blend

Put this blend in your diffuser and let it soar through your house. Cinnamon essential oil is considered a good insect repellant, but if you combine it with a carrier oil such as tamanu oil, it is a stronger repellant.

  • 4 drops of cinnamon EO
  • 6 drops of orange EO
  • 4 teaspoons of a carrier oil.

Use this blend as a full-body massage for stress relief. You may also leave off the carrier oil and use the blend in the diffuser for the same effect.

  • 4 drops of lime EO
  • 2 drops of lavender EO
