  • 10 drops of peppermint EO
  • 3 TBL of olive oil
  • ¾ cup aloe vera gel
  • ½ cup baking soda

  • 6 drops rosemary EO
  • 3 drops each of lavender EO and Lemon EO
  • 1 TBL witch hazel
  • ½ cup distilled water

Pour the witch hazel (paraben-free) into a glass spray bottle then add the essential oils. Swirl the bottle gently until the ingredients are mixed. Pour the water in and tighten the cap securely. Shake the bottle gently before each use and spray it around the room to help improve your concentration.

Rosemary EO Bath Blend –Rosemary essential oil can be helpful for relieving body aches and pains. One way to use rosemary oil for relief is to make your own aromatherapy bath. Along with helping relieve pain, this blend can help you relax. The blend is very easy to make.

  • 2 drops each of rosemary, lavender, and marjoram essential oils
