Diffuser Blend 1:

  • 3 drops of rosemary EO
  • 2 drops of lemon EO 

Diffuser Blend 2:

  • 4 drops of cypress EO
  • 1 drop of peppermint EO

Diffuser Blend 3:

  • 1 drop of basil EO
  • 2 drops of rosemary EO
  • 2 drops of cypress EO 

Diffuser Blend 4:

  • 3 drops of lemon EO
  • 2 drops of hyssop EO 

Diffuser Blend 5:

  • 2 drops of peppermint EO
  • 3 drops of lemon EO


Memory and Focus Essential Oil Blend for Roll-On

To keep your mind clear and keen, or to retain new information try this roll-on memory blend.  Add these ingredients to a roll-on bottle. Use it as often as you need it to boost your focus, memory, and concentration.


  • 15 drops of rosemary EO
  • 10 drops of lemon EO
  • 5 drops of basil EO
  • 3 drops of peppermint EO
  • 1 tablespoon of the carrier oil of your choice.


Aromatherapy Massage Blend

 You’ll need to choose essential oils that help you reach the goals you want. You can combine any of the above-mentioned oils to create a blend that can be used as a massage oil. Add up to 10 drops of oil blends with an ounce of your preferred carrier oil. Here is one blend that will relieve stress and boost mental focus and memory. 

  • 6 drops of clary sage EO
  • 2 drops of lemon EO
  • 3 drops of lavender EO 

Bath Salts Recipe

You can use essential oils to boost your concentration, memory, and focus by making your own bath salts. You’ll need these ingredients to get started. 

  • 3 cups of salt. (Epsom salts, Dead Sea salt, Himalayan Pink salt, Sea Salt. You may also use any combination of these salts.)
  • 15 drops of an essential oil or EO blend.
  • 1 tablespoon of the carrier oil of your choice.
  • A solubilizer like Solubol or Polysorbate 20. 

Mix the carrier oil, essential oil(s) and solubilizer in a small bowl. After they are mixed well, add your choice of salts to another bowl. Then add the oil mixture to the salts. Mix well using a fork. Put the mixture in a container with a very tight-fitting lid. Mix again before using.

To make the bath salts you can use any combination of the above mentioned essential oils that are good for improving focus and memory. You may try a few blends to find the aroma you prefer. You may also choose to use just a single oil in this bath salt recipe. Whether you use a blend or a single oil, it should be a total of 15 drops of essential oils.
