Recipes Using Vetiver EO
Vetiver oil can be diffused to reap its benefits. It can also be applied topically as long as it is diluted first. Just mix 40 drops of vetiver EO with 3.5 ounces of a carrier oil together. Massage the mixture into the skin. To use it in a bath, add 5 drops of vetiver EO to a teaspoon of a carrier oil like jojoba or grapeseed oil then put it in a warm bath. Remember that vetiver oil has one of the stronger scents so it’s wise to use smaller amounts until you get used to it.
